Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for shore excursions and day tours

  • No later than 24 hours before the departure and we will refund you 100%.
  • Within 24 hours, we will refund 30% of the total amount.
  • In case of a no-show on the morning of the tour, we will be unable to provide any refund, except in extremely serious cases.
  • If, for any reason, the ship doesn’t port the morning of the tour or changes port, we will issue a full refund.

If you booked one of our tours where a minimum of 4 or 6 participants is required, and if 2 days before the departure we don’t meet this requirement, we will provide you with a full refund, or we will propose you join an alternative tour – the choice will be yours!

Rarely, due to extreme situations regarding your safety and protection, we’re the ones who have to cancel, even if we’ll try hard not to. In that case, we will provide the full refund within 24 hours of the cancellation notification.

Cancellation policy for private tours

In case of cancellation by the guest, not later than 7 days before the tour, we will refund 100% of the participation fees.

If the cancellation should occur during the 7 days that precede the departure, 40% of the participation fees will be retained.

Deposit policy for all tours

We give you the possibility to book the tour by paying a deposit of 40% at the moment of the reservation. This option is valid only when due balances exceed the amount of 500€ and if you are booking more than 14 days before the departure of the tour.

If you book a tour 14 days or less before the departure date the full amount has to be paid upfront.

The payment of the full balance is due no later than 14 days before the tour date.

Cancellation policy for Sicily tour packages

Cancellations made by July 31st 2026: A refund of 50% of the deposit will be issued (meaning we will retain 20% of the total fee).

Cancellations made after July 31st 2026 and up to 15 days before departure: A refund of 50% of the total amount paid will be issued.

Cancellations made within 15 days of departure: No refund will be possible.

Proceed Booking
