It is an all-inclusive trip to Sicily including 2 nights and 3 days that will take you from Palermo to Trapani and to Trapani to Erice, where you can feel the authentic soul of Sicily, experiencing the history, tradition and culture of a magical territory. In our 3 day Sicily itinerary you will be accompanied by our tour guide; you will visit the natural reserve of Salt Pans of Trapani, having also a medieval Erice tour discovering the Castel of Venus and the ancient hamlet. The reservations must be done no later than seven days before the tour.
The payment of 30% of the total amount of the tour must be paid at the moment of the booking.
Guests are required to observe with attention the dispositions given by the tour guide during the entire journey, to follow the established itineraries without getting away from the group, except the cases in which they have the approval and to respect the schedule for a possible free time.
The guided visits include promenades with pedestrian itineraries, a few an uphill climb. During all the activities our guest with mobility difficulties must be supported by an personal assistant able to help them.
Discover Messina Travel, will assume the responsibility to modify the itinerary or the program of the journey but only in exceptional situations.
Not recommended to people with restricted mobility.
The participants, once they have become aware of the detailed program, duration and attractions that we will visit, will exempt Discover Messina Travel by any civil and penal responsibility for eventual delays, accidents or incidents that might occur during the itineraries and transfers not attributable to the agency
Discover Messina Travel reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum of 4 participants is not reached later than seven days before the departure. In this case, we will refund 100% of the fees between the 24 hours from the moment guests receive the cancellation communication e-mail.
In case of cancellation by the guest, not later than seven days before the tour, we will refund 100% of the participation fees. If the cancellation should occur during the seven days that precede the departure, will be retained 40% of the participation fees.

Pick-up and hotel check-in. You will be welcomed by your tour guide at the airport of Catania or Palermo, or in the city center of Messina. The first destination of your 3 day Sicily itinerary will take you to Trapani, to discover the Natural Reserve of Salt Pans of Trapani, where we will experience the production and processing of salt, an activity organized since the X century.
After lunch, we will visit monuments and churches of the city center of Trapani, like the Cathedral of Saint Lawrence and Palazzo Senatorio, the seat of the city hall. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
Breakfast in the hotel. During the morning we will get from Trapani to Erice by panoramic cable car. During Erice tour you visit the medieval historical city centre of this picturesque town, located in a panoramic position, in particular the wonderful Castle of Venus.
Our next destination and highlight of this 3 day Sicily itinerary is the city of Palermo: during a guided walking tour in the main streets of the city centre of Palermo, you will visit the Cathedral, Quattro Canti, Piazza Pretoria and Fountain of Shame, the Palace of the City Hall, the Church of Saint Joseph, the Church of Saint Catherine. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
Breakfast in hotel, check-out. One day in Palermo is not enough to enjoy completely the heritage of the past. During a stay in Palermo, it is a must-visit to Palazzo dei Normanni, the Norman Royal Palace, the seat of the Sicilian Government and Parliament, and the Palatine Chapel, rich in mosaics of byzantine school.
The last destination of our 3 day Sicily itinerary is a visit to Monreale where the tour guide will lead you to the Cathedral of Monreale and the cloister, to get impressed about the priceless works of art and decorations full of symbols. At the end of the tour transfer to the airport (or city centre of Messina).
