Messina wine tasting tour starts from Messina Cruise Port or from Travel Agency Discover Messina Sicily, located in the city center. On request, a departure from your accommodation located in Messina area.
We will explore the historical centre with its attractions: the cathedral of Messina and the Bell Tower, Orion’s sixteen-century fountain, Catalani’s church, the town hall building, the golden statue of “Madonnina del Porto” but also the panoramic point with the wonderful views.
The farm “Soprano di Sindaro”, located in front of a Unesco heritage site: the Aeolian archipelago, will offer an authentic and genuine Messina wine tasting experience. Here the owners will share the history of the place and their passion for wine production.
After a warm welcome and the presentation of the farm, we will be accompanied to taste two red wines combined with local cold-cuts, cheese, homemade bruschetta with vegetables from their orchard and a small dessert.
